We
create this blend of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and age it for 3 years
in French Oak. The extra year of barrel aging gives this wine
an elegant, sophisticated style. The fruit has mellowed and
integrated with the rich earthy flavor and balances the soft
tannins. While it is easily drinkable now, we recommend bottle
Cabernet Sauvignon Winemaker’s Reserve for 5 years to fully enjoy
the potential of this wine.
