Our Cabernet
grapes are allowed to hang on the vine as long as possible to
maximize those deep flavors typical of Calistoga fruit. Our
Cabernet Sauvignon is barrel aged in French Oak which infuses a
subtle caramel flavor from the oak. While the wine tastes delicious
now, you will be rewarded by waiting 5—7 years to enjoy these
bottles.
